As all the videos are available for free at youtube, I just want to sell off the remaining VCDs, so have put the price down to CDN$11.00 plus $5 shipping. (there are no polyboxes left, so the remaining supply will be shipped in envelopes. I will still include the label art.) If the shipping charge is more than the actual cost, I will refund the excess after I mail the package.

The xingyi VCD is very low in stock, soon to be out.

A lot of content, with the five element techniques, the twelve animal techniques, and a full competition form. Full speed and slow motion. There isn’t a lot of commentary, so you can’t learn proper xingyi basics from this video, but you can easily learn the form if you have some basics already. This is a beautiful performance of competition xingyi, fast and clean. The form takes about 1:20 to perform, and is well suited to competition. With xingyi back in wushu competition as a main event, this is an excellent form to learn.

Eight changes and a competition form

Featuring Zhang Hongmei.

Eight basic turns and a competition form at full speed and in slow motion. Not much commentary, so better for learning the competition form than for learning the basics. It is based on Cheng style bagua. Liu Jingru and Sun Zhijun both coached at the Beijing Wushu Team headquarters. The form is fast and flashy, and takes about 1:20 to perform if you can go as fast as Zhang. It is a lot of fun, and builds up a tremendous momentum.
